Description

This beetle was created for a scientific poster.

This insect species is the only one that lives in saltwater throughout its whole life cycle - as far as I know.

Hi,

there are water-related leaf beetles like the Donaciinae. They live on reed and their larvae underwater. Macroplea has taken this to another level. ;)
