I found this weevil (Lixus iridis, Curculionidae) near a river during an early macro tour. It looked like it was waiting for the sun. ;)

This is so beautiful, the clarity of focus is incredible and the colours are amazing. I am very impressed! It's so clean, it's almost as if it was taken in a studio! I would love to know what lens you used for this.
