As far as I know Elgiva solicita larvae are free living in freshwater but they feed on pulmonate snails.
There are a lot of species in this family (Sciomyzidae) which feed on molluscs in general. In some species the larva lives in a single mollusc till it pupates, in some species the larva hunts actively for snails.
